Message in caster. Using just FUCA's cannot apply extra stress on components, the lower ball joint will adjust any change in angles the UCA's or tension rods might cause.

When adjusting the UCA's, to remove camber, the caster will likely decrease and be out of spec, when adding camber the opposite is true. This is would be the reason for recommending doing both.

It is important to note that increasing caster will apply more load on steering components, but increase high speed stability. While decreasing caster will be easier on components there will be a loss in high speed stability.
